All Boy.

Today was going great! We slept in, got ready, went to Target, got mommy some Starbucks. Went to Costco, got Nathan a smoothie, then went to lunch with Grandma. We came home, Nathan took a two hour nap and woke up so happy and adventurous….

Within an hour Nathan decided to jump off the rocking chair and hurt himself, jump off his slide and hurt himself, fall off his slide and hurt himself. Then he jumped as high as he could and landed weird which made him bite his lip open. I didn’t realize he bit his lip open until I was holding him and saw my white shirt was all red from his poor bleeding lip. So we got a couple bumps on his head and a fat lip in sixty minutes.

It was just one of those afternoons that I felt he needed to be wrapped in bubble wrap. And it was one of those afternoons that I wish I took a nap with him earlier so I could keep up with Mr. Energy.

I’m so curious if this baby growing in me is a boy or girl. My gut at the moment is saying boy, but I think I’m going to be super surprised no matter what!

I’m so curious what my days are going to be like with a little toddler boy and a newborn.

So as Daddy came home and is giving Me a break, I’m sitting in Nathan’s room dreaming of what life is to come….

Will I be trying to keep up with two fat lipped little boys?

Will I get to play princess dress up?

Will I get to watch two brothers grow up together or will I watch Nathan grow up and protect his little sister?

I feel like I’m losing my mind at least 8 million times a day, but I truly love my role in this life and I’m really excited for what is to come!!

Let me know if you think I’m having a boy or girl!!! Comment below! I get to find out in 10 days!

Sweet & Salty Treat

Party Snack

What you need:

1. Pretzels (don’t want pretzels to big or Rolo won’t melt on well)

2. Rolos

3. M&Ms

What to do:

1. Heat oven to 250

2. Place pretzels on a baking sheet

3. Place a Rolo on a pretzel

4. Place baking sheet in oven for 2 min (each oven temp can be different so check around 2 min. You do not want the Rolo to be melted, just warm enough to stick to the pretzel).

5. While warm, place an M&M on each Rolo. You shouldn’t have to push the M&M down at all.

6. Let them cool and you have a great party snack!!! Enjoy!

Fun Extras:

Party city has bags of a single color M&M if you have a theme. I did this snack for Super Bowl 2016 and they were gone before any other snack!
